- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver top-tier customer service and smiles
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to keep the fun going
- Monitor park activities, make real-time decisions, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile!
- Assist with cash handling, promote park memberships, food offerings, and special deals to enhance the guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- A positive attitude and a passion for generating smiles!
