As a Launch Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the park and providing a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all guests. This position requires a high level of energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Provide information about park attractions, safety rules, and procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Safety Monitoring:
• Supervise trampoline courts and other attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules.
• Provide safety instructions and demonstrations as needed.
• Respond to and manage any incidents or injuries according to park protocols.
Operational Support:
• Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of equipment and attractions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the park, including common areas, restrooms, and party rooms.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management.
Event Facilitation:
• Support the coordination and execution of birthday parties and group events.
• Assist party hosts with setup, serving, and cleanup duties.
• Engage with guests during events to ensure a positive experience.
Team Collaboration:
• Work cooperatively with other team members to achieve park goals.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Support team members in various roles as needed to maintain smooth park operations.
Cash Handling and Sales:
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Promote and sell park memberships, merchandise, and special offers.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.

- Abbott's Frozen Custard is a family owned, frozen dessert pioneer that has been in existence since 1902. We are proud to operate 2 franchises in Arlington and Lexington.
- The Newport Venture is an investment firm that acquires and manages commercial and residential real estate throughout Newport, Rhode Island.
